It comes in yellow-orange colour, offers bitter/sweet taste and has a botanical smell. It is one of the lightest-tasting honey that has unusual properties in it. This honey has a sort of amino acid known as tyrosine, which is significant for enhancing the brain's functioning. Therefore, this raw honey variety helps in lessening stress and anxiety, all because of the natural aromas of the Lavender flowers from which it was derived.
