Jarrah honey is made by the bees feeding on the blossoms of the Jarrah tree. It is a light brown eucalyptus variety of honey offering a sweet/astringent Nutty Malt taste. Jarrah Honey has been logically investigated to discover that Jarrah is a successful remedy for wounds, burns and skin sensitivities because of the greater activity level than a large portion of the honey assortment accessible in the market. Being darker in colour and more syrupy in texture, it is widely used in topical medical and cosmetic applications and is a genuine liquid gold loaded with nutritional benefits.

Jarrah marginata (Eucalyptus Marginata in Western Australia) which is popularly known as Jarrah is the main source of nectar collection for producing Jarrah honey. It has a fibrous, rough bark, midvein leaves and white flowers and grows to a height of up to 50 m.
